He develops creative immigration solutions for high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs investing in the United States. Vladimir is fluent in Russian and exclusively works with investors from the Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Vladimir I. Prokopenko is highly qualified in assisting investors with the complexities that surround the EB-5 Green Card process. A graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Moscow, Russia and the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, Portland, Oregon, USA he has split his career between the law and entrepreneurial business ventures around the world.

Mr. Prokopenko is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is a member of Washington State Bar Association.
